BLIZZARD IN NYC, 2016 (NYC PHOTOS)

Photos were taken on Jan 23 and 25, 2016

A man was walking in the middle of the street during the blizzard because the sidewalk wasn’t plowed at all and car traffic was banned.

After the storm in Bronx. Snow wasn’t plowed on minor streets until 2 days after the storm.
